Our Visit to the Guadalajara Flower Market
Before Sukkot, we made a family trip to the market to gather some supplies.
Since we went at the last possible minute, 4:30 p.m. on a Sunday (when they close at 5), we didn’t have time for much browsing. Still, Little N made sure that we took him on a walk around the block to enjoy the excursion.
We mostly bought palm fronds (leaves) to use for our sukkah. (It looks pretty much the same as last year). And of course, couldn’t resist a couple bouquets.

Visit the Guadalajara Flower Market
The wholesale flower market is located at Federalismo and Jesus Garcia in Guadalajara. Shops open daily at 6 a.m.
You can buy anything you could possibly want in terms of flowers and greenery. The shops also have all of the extra materials you may need for flower arranging and decorating! Everything from vases, to ribbons, wire and more.
The shops sell wholesale amounts, so if you want a mix of flowers you may end up with multiple bouquets (not complaining about that). However, for an additional fee they will also make you a custom bouquet or flower arrangement. All in all, I highly recommend you check it out!
