Our diet has been evolving for several years, and pregnancy and parenthood only served to accelerate these changes. I thought I would share what our process has been so that hopefully it might help someone else out there. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The key, I believe, has been that these changes have come slowly and gradually<\/strong>, making the changes a true lifestyle change rather than a short-term solution. \u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hopefully this will inspire you to make slow and easy changes for a healthier diet and lifestyle more in sync with the earth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
