I’m a true believer that us humans are happiest when we are in tune with the natural rhythm of the earth. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

When we align our waking hours with the sun, when we eat seasonally, and when we spend time outdoors breathing in fresh air, soaking in the rays of the sun, hearing the whisper of wind in the trees, the crashing of waves in the ocean, and the hum of birds and insects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The reality of our lives is something different: we wake up to the sound of the alarm clock, stay up late looking at screens, and spend many, many hours daily indoors and seated.
