Hidden Dunes Villa 44 is Professionally Managed by Newman-Dailey Beachy is the word to describe this Villa with its colorful décor in the great room. Enjoy the lake view from the porch or relax on the swing! The location is a short distance from the beach walk-over and the Villa pool, and a nice leisurely walk along the reflecting ponds and fountains brings you to the resort’s main pool and the tennis center. There is a King bed in the Master and the en suite bath has a garden tub and walk-in shower. The Guest Room has a Queen bed and the attached bath has a walk-in shower. The other Guest Room has two Twin beds plus there is a sleeper sofa in the living area. Mexican tile in the great room and carpet in the bedrooms and TV’s in all rooms. Hidden Dunes has two swimming pools, hot tubs, a lake with a fishing pier, a horseshoe pit, a basketball court, a newly added pickle ball court, professional quality tennis courts, and outdoor grills. 3 PARKING SPACES PROVIDED! Hidden Dunes offers six tennis courts with a Rubico Clay surface, which is the highest standard for clay tennis courts, and are maintained daily in order to provide the best playing conditions.
